By accepting this License Agreement your agency/organization becomes a LICENSEE and will agree to the provisions enumerated below.

TRADITIONS ON WHEELS¨ grants you a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use TRADITIONS ON WHEELS¨ programs, materials, activities and presentations; all of which are of a Jewish nature and offered FREE OF CHARGE.

OWNERSHIP OF THE TRADEMARK
By acknowledging that TRADITIONS ON WHEELS¨ is the sole owner of the trademark and registration, you will agree to utilize the components of this program as we set it forth

QUALITY STANDARDS
You agree to continue the high standards that we have set to date regarding all TRADITIONS ON WHEELS¨ programs and materials.

QUALITY MAINTENANCE
You agree to cooperate with us to facilitate quality control for TRADITIONS ON WHEELS¨ programs and materials:
You will send us copies of any materials that you develop and distribute. This includes all announcements for programs and any additional materials that you may develop to augment that which we provide.
You will agree to place the ¨ symbol on anything associated with TRADITIONS ON WHEELS¨.
You will supply us with feedback and evaluation of any programs, materials, services, presentations, activities or displays which have been utilized in association with TRADITIONS ON WHEELS¨.

FORM OF USE
You may use the TRADITIONS ON WHEELS¨ trademark only as described by us. You may not combine the usage of TRADITIONS ON WHEELS¨ with any other trademark unless you receive written approval from us.

TERM
This contract will be effective for five years
