Supplies will vary, depending on the items you choose: The Rosh HaShana Seder is conducted at the beginning of the first night Rosh HaShana meal (According to Jews of European "Ashkenazi" descent. Jews of Eastern descent "Sephardim" conduct a seder on the second night as well. Various fruits and vegetables are choosen to bless and eat as symbols of our desire for a good new year.
